Settlement of Maryam, daughter of Amin Sha‘rbaf and permanent wife of the late Isma‘il Saghari-chi from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, and Khayr al-Nisa’, daughter of Haj Muhammad Tabbakh and grandmother of Maryam and Isma‘il's children, ‘Abd al-Rasul, ‘Abd al-Hasan, and ‘Abd al-Karim, with Mirza Muhammad Masih, son of Mirza Muhammad Baqir, exchanging a garden in [illegible] neighborhood of Isfahan for fifty tumans and twenty mans [unit of weight] of wheat.

Settlement between Baygum Jan, wife of Sayyid Javad, and Baygum, wife of Sayyid ‘Ali and daughter of Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab, and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, son of Mir Zayn al-‘Abidin Fazuh-ji of Isfahan, exchanging a garden known as Rasti Garden located in the Jurtan Marbin village of Isfahan, twenty-five tumans for the price of the house of Sayyid ‘Ali's wife, and forty-five tumans from another settlement between Sayyid Javad and his wife for two thousand rupees and one hundred units of wheat. Marriage contract of Shahrbanu and Ibrahim, 1900
Marriage contract of Shahrbanu, daughter of Karbalayi Yar Murad from Kahriz, and Ibrahim, son of Muhammad from Bahmanabad. The mahr is forty tumans, of which half was paid and the rest remains the groom's debt. The mahr additionally includes one-twelfth of the garden of the groom's father, a set of bedding made in Burujird worth three tumans, and a copper ewer and basin made in Kashan worth one tuman and five thousand dinars. On February, 13, 1903, Shahrbanu transferred the ownership of the mentioned properties to her father, and her father settled them with Sayf al-Dawlah for five tumans.

Settlement between Mirza Mahdi Sultani, with power of attorney transferred from Nahid Ashraf, daughter of Sultan Muhammad Mirza Sayf al-Dawlah, and Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin Gawhari, son of Haj Lutf Allah, exchanging some property located in the Sarchishmah neighborhood of Tehran that Nahid Ashraf inherited from her father for one thousand two hundred fifty tumans.

Settlement of Haj Nazar ‘Ali Abadi's inheritors, 1741
The houses, garden, and specific residential properties mentioned on the back of this document belonged to the late Haj Nazar ‘Ali [Haydar Abadi] and were divided between his children, his grandchildren, and his wives. A disagreement over a house in which Haj Sa‘id was living as he was repairing it arose among the inheritors. With the mediation of a few elders, the inheritors eventually came to an agreement.

Settlement and will, 1904 and 1905
On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars.
